At Clear Solutions we’re always willing to go the extra mile for our customers… or even half way across the country… especially when a customer is in a fix and needs us to help them out – fast!

Our response time was put to the test last week, when we received an ‘out of hours’ phone call at 6pm from a large UK customer.. The customer urgently needed a truckload of Barite to be delivered to the East Coast of England to control an artesian water flow.

Within half an hour of the customer’s phone call we’d arranged a haulier to collect 27.5 tonnes of Barite so we could maximise quantity on the truck and still maintain the legal limit. Our warehouse always has sufficient stock for ‘normal’ orders along with urgent requests, so we were ready and able to deliver on demand.

The truck was loaded at 3am so the Barite could be driven across the country in the early hours for delivery that same morning.

Unlike the major service companies and many of our competitors, Clear Solutions once again proved our team’s exceptional service capabilities and ability to react quickly when required.
