For 13 years, Tom served as the Director of New Technology and Area Manager at MI-Swaco, where he played a key role in overseeing the integration of new technologies and managing operations across multiple regions.

Following his successful tenure at MI-Swaco, Tom joined Newpark, where he spent 8 years as Regional Manager and Director of Product Line Management.
