Oliver Kuchar is the Managing Director of Clear Solutions GmbH, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and sets the strategic direction for the business. With over 30 years of experience in the drilling industry, Oliver has developed a deep expertise across a wide range of sectors, including mining, water wells, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), plugging and abandonment (P&A), deep drilling, and tunneling.

Throughout his career, Oliver has held senior leadership positions in prominent drilling fluids service companies. Notably, he served as the Country Manager for Halliburton (Baroid) and as Managing Director of the Australian Mud Company (AMC), where he was instrumental in driving the companies’ operations and growth within the European market.

Oliver’s extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the drilling industry, combined with his proven leadership skills, allow him to effectively guide Clear Solutions GmbH towards continued success in providing high-quality services and solutions to the global market.
