It uniquely combines a highly shear thinning viscosity profile, with clay encapsulation and fluid loss control. These properties allow it to form the basis of a high-performance water-based system. Furthermore, it’s distinct cake-building properties effectively stabilise loose and unconsolidated formations.
Pure-Bore® is CEFAS approved, registered under both UK and EU REACH regulations, and classified as non-hazardous to water under the German Water Hazard Class (WGK) system. It is also certified as environmentally safe and approved under the Norwegian Environmental Management System (NEMS).
Pure-Bore® ULV is a multifunctional proprietary polymer for use in water-based drilling fluids. Its unique filter cake forming characteristics providing fluid loss control and clay encapsulation at minimal viscosity.

Performance Additives
Aqua-Bore® is a water-soluble anionic polymer which is designed to provide viscosity, fluid loss control, lubricity, and clay control.
Clear-Foam™ XL is an ultra-high yielding, liquid foaming agent for use in dry air rotary drilling or mixed with fresh or salt water for foam rotary drilling.
Thermosand™ is a specially formulated high specification silica sand, which when mixed with Geo-Seal®, produces a high thermal conductivity grout.
Drill-Sorb® is an advanced, granular super-absorbent material, that rapidly absorbs and retains large volumes of water from aqueous solutions, developing an effective lost circulation material.
Easy-Grout® is a specially formulated grout specifically designed for ease of use and economy. This product provides approximately twice the slurry volume per bag, for the same strength of grout compared to a straight Bentonite/OPC blend.
Liquimud® polymer is designed to produce an easy-to-use drilling fluid, which increases viscosity and provides clay and shale inhibition.
Clear-Stab® ULI is an ultra-low invasion additive, that stabilises the formation by minimising fluid and pressure invasion into pores and micro fractures.
Clear-Inhib™ Plus provides inhibition in water-based drilling fluids, which prevents instability from hydration and swelling of clays in shale formations.
Defoamer is a highly effective silicone based anti-foaming additive.
Drill-Sorb® Rapid is an advanced, granular super-absorbent material, that rapidly absorbs and retains large volumes of water from aqueous solutions, effectively solidifying drilling slurry.
Geo-Seal® has been developed specifically for geothermal and other grouting applications, where long term stability, resistance to drying and improved thermal conductivity is required.
Liquimud® Plus polymer is a more concentrated version of our Liquimud® product, designed to produce an easy-to-use drilling fluid, which increases viscosity and provides clay and shale inhibition.
