On Wednesday 27 August 2025, The WellGear Group formally signed three contracts covering Fluids, Liquid Mud Plant (LMP) and Cementing Services as part of the 10-year NAM Onshore Decommissioning Programme. Clear Solutions International Ltd was appointed as the Fluids partner, alongside REYM BV for LMP services and SLB for Cementing.

Following the contract signings, WellGear has continued to establish agreements with additional service providers to support other elements of the Plug & Abandonment programme, enabling the safe, innovative and efficient decommissioning of approximately 800 gas extraction wells across the Netherlands.
