We’re pleased to share that Shrieve Chemical Company has acquired Clear Solutions International Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of proprietary water-based drilling fluid systems headquartered in Wem, England. This strategic acquisition expands our Energy Products & Services portfolio and strengthens our presence across key energy and infrastructure end markets. Through Clear Solutions’ innovative Pure-Bore® technology platform, we are better positioned to provide customers with a broader range of products and technical solutions across oil & gas, geothermal, tunneling, mining, geotechnical, well| abandonment, and HDD applications.
